Scared Yet?

Scared Yet? is a Podcast co-hosted by Kris Straub and Abby Howard where they discuss horror tropes and themes.
I think that its safe to say that Scared Yet? is one of my most favorite podcasts to date. Oh course I am biased. when I heard that the writers of two of the best horror stories I read recently where going to start a horror podcast I was thrilled to listen.

But let me take off my Rose Colored Glasses and Get down to brass tacks. Each episode follows a centralized theme or topics such as creature design or the appropriate use of gore in horror. IT starts out with the intro music than Kris Straub humorously saying "Boo, Jump Scare" followed by 45 minute conversation about the topic at hand.

One of the strong parts of the podcast is Kris Straub and Abby Howards personality and dynamic. Their humor and intelligence brings the discussion to life and the light conversational style is entertaining and captivating. Its a discussion of horror which is deep, interesting and thorough but 'Light' enough not to keep awake at night fearing the monsters in the dark.

If your a fan of horror and/or the works of Kris Straub and Abby Howard I would recommend listening. And if your not try listening anyway you might something about it you like.

Also if your a  fan of webcomics check out Broodhollow(Written by Kris Straub) and The Last Holloween(Written by Abby Howard), they great stories and are worth your time.
